Church Loan Financing
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
There is a great need for the churches to understand church financing and how to qualify for the loan, my background is business major, I been in business for over 40 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
First this is a calling from God when you dealing with the business side of the ministry, so we pre-underwrite the church loan package before we present it to our lender's, which give us a 99% closing ratio.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are mobile and can do church loan all across the country, we are base in Atlanta, Ga. with one location.
