Soft Intelligence, Inc., founded in April of 1984, has been in business for over twenty-five years.
What is your primary product or service?
Soft Intelligence provides integrated accounting, inventory control and point of sale software and computer hardware solutions. We provide comprehensive business solutions that include software and hardware along with training, data conversion, network configuration, and ongoing support services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The founders and co-owners of the business have been in the computer software and accounting solutions business for over thirty years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Soft Intelligence has extensive expertise and experience working with retail and wholesale distributors. Our experience, local support, and long-term personal relationships with our clients differentiates us from our competition. We offer the best value for the client's investment dollar.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Soft Intellience has one location. High-speed internet connections allow us to support clients throughout the country.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept company checks, credit cards, and ach wires.
Which areas do you service?
Soft Intelligence concentrates on servicing customers in the metro-Atlanta area. We currently support client installations throughout the country.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Joe Masarek is the General Manager and President of Soft Intelligence.
What are your hours of operation?
Standard office hours are 9:00 - 6:00 Monday through Friday.
