We have been it business for 17 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary product is House Cleaning,Maid Services,Move out house cleaning.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Before I started cleaning houses I worked for American General was a Insurance Agent. I loved being an agent because I did have to be stuck in a office all day. It gave me the freedom I needed, begin able to take my children to school and pick them up. After leaving American General I did not want to go back to sitting in a office all day so i started a cleaning service
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a detail cleaning service our goal is alway to exceed our customer expectations. Our customers can always expected a detail cleaning each and every visited. And if for any reason they are not happy they can give us a call with in 24 hours after the cleaning and we will make it right. We want our customers to 100 percent satisfied.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now we only have one location and we do plan on expanding in the future.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash,credit card, and checks.
What are your hours of operation?
M- F 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Sat 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
They didn't expect there place to look as good as it does after we finished.
