Prestige Bus Co

I recently took a trip on "Prestige Bus Co with a certain trip organizer "Torio". We went to the presidential inauguration. Although I enjoyed the inauguration immensely, the trip there and back was the worst. We were subjected to an organizer who was rude, unprofessional, and down right belligerent. This woman clearly put in the ternary that she was not going to wait for anyone who was late once we got to DC. She said that if you were not back on the bus by 4pm after the inauguration, then you would need to arrange for travel to the next location. The next location was Bowie Town Center Mall in MD. This woman totally violated her own policy by not only waiting for a woman and her child who were late but also by NOT going to the 2nd location site of the Bowie Towne Center Mall as planned/ The woman who was left recognized that she would not be able to make it back to the bus at RFK stadium after the inauguration. This is likely because of all the train stations being shut down to the size of the crowd. Thus she followed directions and made it to the next location of Bowie Towne Center Mall. But Torio and Prestige Bus Company refused to even make a stop there. Also everyone on bus was threatened with being left if we were late coming back after a stop. A stop where two buses of 60 people to get dinner in 30 minutes. 30 minutes when there are more than a 100 busses at the restaurants within this center. Like Really? Then when someone says is there a way we can go to a place not as crowded, we are told he two people have already been left and we can leave more. What a total you know what. I wanted to tell her off but I know that would have led to me being dragged off the bus because this nut case would have went there and I would have had to spend the night in the clink afterwards. Real Talk. Not to mention this luxury bus was an old bus and the older man who drove was rude as well. They even took a plastic bag around to tip the driver. I will never ever recommend PRESTIGE BUS CO to anyone. And Torio, you need to not quit your day job as probation officer and stay away from organizing charter bus trips. Your lack of professionalism is the worst show of customer service I have ever seen. I hope you are sued for leaving that woman and her child behind and failing to honor your intenary that you organized. Get over yourself and learn how to treat paying adult customers!
